KABEX Cleaver Maintenance Packages - FC-7R, FC-8R:
- Physical inspection checks on cleaver mechanism before cleaving fiber.
- Test cleaving fibers and check specification on splicer.
- Remove particles dirt on fiber holder and rubber clamp.
- Clean cleaver mechanism and blade surface.
- Blade replacement.
- Blade height inspection and adjustment by using precision tools.
- Blade sharpness inspection by cleaving fibers and checking on cutting angles.
Note:
1) Extended 1 year warranty for splicer which are still within the manufacturer 1 year warranty period.
2) A one (1) time general service is required for cleaver which are expired from the manufacturer's warranty to be entitled of the 1 year extended warranty which offer by this package.
3) Pick-up and delivery arrangements within Malaysia (by courier).
4) In the event the unit is beyond repair or beyond economical repair a minumum inspection charges of RM100 will be charges.
5) Inspection Fee will be waived if customer proceed with the repair or purchased replacement unit.
