KABEX Cleaver Service Packages - FC-6S, FC-6M, FC-7S, FC-7M ,FC-7R, FC-8R:
- Physical inspection checks on cleaver mechanism before cleaving fiber.
- Test cleaving fibers and check specification on splicer.
- Remove particles dirt on fiber holder and rubber clamp.
- Clean cleaver mechanism and blade surface.
- Blade height inspection and adjustment by using precision tools.
- Blade sharpness inspection by cleaving fibers and checking on cutting angles.
Note:
1) In the event the unit is beyond repair or beyond economical repair a minumum inspection charges of RM100 will be charges.
2) Inspection Fee will be waived if customer proceed with the repair or purchased replacement unit.
