- Physical inspection inclusive of optical port condition.
- Cleaning on the optical port.
- Functionality verification
- FOC 1 time Optical port replacement
- Calibration service with certificate and test report generated.
- Pick-up and delivery arrangements within Malaysia (by courier).
Note:
1) In the event the unit is beyond repair or beyond economical repair a minumum inspection charges of RM100 will be charges.
2) Inspection Fee will be waived if customer proceed with the repair or purchased replacement unit.
